- Proof of address – eg: a utility bill dated within the last 3 months

- Landlord registration number
- Legionnaire’s Disease Risk Assessment
- Confirmation of adequate smoke and heat detector provision
- Energy Performance Certificate
- Electrical Inspection Certificate or EICR
- Gas Safety Certificate
- Gas and electricity supplier details
- Phone / broadband supplier details
- Tenant preferences – eg: non-smoker, no pets etc
- Desired level of rent
- Entry date
